print your order and mail it with your money order, certified check or personal check (order will
be shipped 7 to 10 days after personal check is received) If your order is in stock, we will
process payment and ship your item immediately. If your order is not in stock, we will bill your
credit card account in full when all the items are available, and ship at once.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the item(s) and the shipping destination in the continental United States. Please call for shipping prices for Alaska, Hawaii and countries outside the United States.
Pennsylvania state residents will be charged a 6% sales tax.
If any of our products do not meet your particular needs, we guarantee that we will accept their
return and give you a full refund of your purchase price (not including your shipping charges to and
from Heritage Gallery of Lace). Returns must be made within 30 days of cash register receipt date.
Purchased items must be in their original condition and packaging with cash register receipt included.

If unfortunately your merchandise has been damaged in shipment, please
leave only damaged products in the original box and call or
us immediately. Upon receiving the damaged merchandise, we will replace it as quickly as possible.
